About the Role
Big Red Group (BRG) is at the forefront of redefining experiences through technology. We are evolving into a platform-focused business, uniting our Engineering, Product, Data & Martech, and Infrastructure teams to drive customer value and growth.
This role is part of the centralised Martech & Data Platform team who develop technical functionality for multiple Go-To-Market teams to deliver on. This role will also operate as the senior member of the Marketing Automation delivery team. Reporting to and supported by the Martech & Data lead. This role is responsible for the end-to-end solutioning and delivery of Salesforce Marketing cloud programs across; Journey Builder, Email/SMS, Adstudio & Cloudpages.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and Business Unit upkeep
- Collaborate across & within the team to deliver the right solution for the right campaign
- Develop customer lifecycle programs that are commercially aligned to business goals and strategy
- Work closely with the Salesforce CRM & Segment CDP leads to manage and create content & data pipelines
- End-to-End campaign delivery across Email, SMS, Journey Builder & Cloudpages
- Working within B2B & B2C markets
Experience and Skills Required
- 4 Years in Digital Marketing/Marketing Automation
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with MC Connect & Salesforce CRM a big plus
- Extensive experience in HTML/CSS, AMPScript & SQL
- Preferable but not essential:
- Segment CDP
- SSJS
- Marketing Cloud Personalisation
