Job Summary :
We are looking for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our finance team, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting. Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Prepare, update and verify accounting journals, ledgers and other financial records
- Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to gather necessary information for reconciliations
- Monitor and manage rebate programs, including tracking eligibility, calculating rebates, and ensuring timely submissions
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring all acquisitions, disposals, and transfers are accurately recorded.
- Maintain accurate records of deposits and reconcile them with accounting systems
- Maintain an organized database of all lease agreements, including terms, renewal dates, and payment schedules.
- Ensure that all lease agreements are properly documented and executed in accordance with company policies.
