Key Responsibilities :
- Create demand for our product lines with the contractor and the construction market
- Work with Territory Managers to track projects from inception to the close of a sale
- Use of our CRM tools for call reporting, opportunity tracking, and sales tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key industry stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Work with agency Inside Sales team and Manufacturer personnel to solve problems
- Ability to operate from a home office
- Comfortable with a compensation system that is a base plus bonus
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
