Rapid City’s #1 commercial and residential insulation contractor is now hiring full-time insulation installers starting at $17.50 per hour for entry level positions and up to $24 per hour with experience plus annual pay increases and overtime opportunities.
Join our fast-growing team of insulation installers and learn from the best insulation techs in Rapid City.
The skills needed to do the job can be taught quickly to someone who is eager to learn and has basic mechanical or carpentry skills.
You will need transportation to our office, but then you will ride with our installers to and from the job site.
Tasks will include:
Loading and unloading insulation materials
Prep work for installation, caulking gaps, and installing baffles and chutes
Installing mesh fabric and vapor barriers
Loading blower machine with fiberglass insulation
Blowing fiberglass to correct depth and density
Use of common hand tools and staple guns
Installing pre-cut fiberglass insulation between wall studs and ceiling joists
Use of ladders, scaffoldings, and stilts
Clean-up of the work sites
Following safety procedures and guidelines
Other Duties as assigned

1-Week Paid Time Off after 1 year of employment.
2-Weeks Paid Time Off after 3 of employment.
4 - 10 Hour Shifts (Typically Monday through Thursday)
Overtime Opportunities may be available after 40 hours worked per week.
