Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Utilize logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Use tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to supervise others effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring satisfaction in all interactions.
