Job Overview
BSACAP is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Services Program Manager to lead our community-based programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in administering services for individuals and families with low incomes.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply all governmental statutes, regulations, and correspondence related to assigned programs.
- Direct program operations in a manner consistent with the requirements of contractual agreements, laws, regulations, and funding documents.
- Maintain information required for monitoring of assigned programs.
- Provide training and technical support to CSBG, LIHEAP, and other BSACAP staff and orientation to new employees of assigned programs
- Maintain data for Community Needs Assessment, ROMA information, and any other assigned reports while meeting all deadlines
- Remain knowledgeable of program changes and initiatives by working closely with funding source staff.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership including bi-monthly board reports, program changes, and staff issues as they arise.
- Promote good public relations and Agency initiatives by serving on boards, committees, and participating in community activities.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of the diverse cultural, ethic, and socioeconomic backgrounds of staff and populations served by the Agency.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Work or related field
- Professional experience in leading and directing services for individuals and families with low incomes
- Ability to use independent judgment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Valid driver’s license required and access to automobile, frequent travel required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
