We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volleyball Coach to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' volleyball skills, including serving, passing, setting, and spiking.
• Conduct regular practices and drills to improve individual and team performance.
• Teach fundamental techniques while emphasizing the importance of teamwork, communication, and strategy.
• Manage player behavior during practices and games to ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere.
• Organize and lead competitive matches, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and player development initiatives.
• Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in volleyball or related sports.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules of the game.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively guide young athletes in their development.
• Ability to educate players on the importance of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
