Big Sky Buds is a craft cannabis dispensary, cultivator, and manufacturer. We pride ourselves on providing an unmatched customer experience and exceptional products to our customers
We are looking for a part-time shift lead/key holder and bud tender with previous experience in the cannabis industry and/or retail experience. If hired for this position there will be a two month training/probationary Period.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with customers in order to find what cannabis product best suits them.
- Check ID and/or medical cards for validity
- Collect Payment/Use POS system effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers
- Cash Handling
- Rolling Pre-Rolls
- Packaging of products
Requirements:
- Must have a valid state issued Marijuana Workers Permit (Can be acquired after interview, BSB will cover costs if you are hired)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with or knowledge of the cannabis industry
- Trustworthy and Communicative
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Good work ethic
- Great attitude
