Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to serve as a vital link between our organization and the community we serve. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships, promoting programs, and enhancing community engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach and collaboration, ensuring that our initiatives align with community needs and priorities.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and residents.
  • Conduct outreach activities to promote programs and services offered by the organization.
  • Coordinate fundraising efforts to support community initiatives and projects.
  • Collect and analyze research data to assess community needs and program effectiveness.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Oversee project management tasks to ensure timely execution of community programs.
  • Collaborate with public health officials to address health-related issues within the community.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate program outcomes and impact.

Skills
The successful candidate will possess a combination of the following skills:

  • Experience in social work or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and securing resources for community projects.
  • Strong skills in research data collection and analysis.
  • Effective volunteer management capabilities to engage community members.
  • Solid project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of public health principles and practices.
  • Ability to market programs effectively within the community.
  • Strong administrative skills for organizing events and managing documentation.
  • Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff for various initiatives.
  • Proficiency in program development to create impactful community services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
