- Interest in working outside
- Has a winter job they love and looking for a summer job to love
- Able to work May through October
- Excitement to work 40 quality hours a week
- Creative, fun, and positive
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Solid time management
- Ability to drive a trailer – preferred
- Desire to learn how to safely operate equipment associated with landscaping including, but not limited to: Skid Steer, Mini-Excavator, Trailers and Fork Lift

Benefits:
- Starting wage: $27/hour with valid driver's license or $26/hour without
- Work “4-10s,” Monday through Thursday for most of the season
- Ride share available from Belgrade/Bozeman in company commuter vehicle.
- Daily commuter stipend of $25

- Flexibility for time-off as needed with notice
- Opportunity for overtime
