The Team Member Housing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Big Sky Resort’s growing team member housing program, while also providing supportive residential services. This role is responsible for creating a clean, safe, quiet, and welcoming living environment that is both comfortable and affordable for our team members.

The Team Member Housing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Big Sky Resort’s growing team member housing program, while also providing supportive residential services. This role is responsible for creating a clean, safe, quiet, and welcoming living environment that is both comfortable and affordable for our team members.
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Processing seasonal Housing Applications through StarRez.
- Managing all aspects of the StarRez housing system.
- Managing all room and roommate assignments.
- Processing all check-ins and check-outs.
- Assisting the VP of HR with the development and implementation of a departmental allocation system.
- Creating and maintaining effective communications and correspondence with both residents and managers.
- Addressing resident conduct and compliance issues within Housing and providing appropriate coaching/counseling as needed.
- Resident deposit collection and maintaining an accurate deposit ledger.
- Posting and auditing weekly rent charges.
- Order and maintain housing-related inventory.
- Coordinate with the Facilities Manager to maintain the housekeeping schedule.
- Provide support to the Vice President of Human Resources as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Manage the housing budget bi yearly.
- Familiarity with Big Sky Resort and the Big Sky/Bozeman area preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with StarRez housing management software preferred
- 2 years of experience in Guest Services, Human Resources, or Property Management
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- College degree or equivalent work experience
