Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hemp Project Manager to lead our capital project management efforts, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee our facilities and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capital Project Management

• Develop and define scopes of work.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial discipline.
• Create and execute detailed work packages for seamless project delivery.
• Coordinate teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet project objectives.

2. Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction

• Implement the latest methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or performance.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Proven project management skills, including scope definition, budgeting, and stakeholder/vendor coordination.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Strong ability to create and interpret process diagrams.
• Self-starter with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience working in a plant or process environment.
• Hands-on and theoretical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $140,000 (DOE).
