We are seeking a skilled Plant/Process/Project Engineer to lead our team's efforts on major projects, including project managing, continuous improvement, and process support. This role will be integral to our success and have a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and execute initiatives to reduce costs without compromising quality or performance.
Requirements:
- Proven project management skills, including scope definition, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Strong ability to create and interpret Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Self-starter with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a plant or process environment.
- Hands-on and theoretical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
