Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to oversee our facilities and operations team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage capital project efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilities and Operations Management
- Lead and manage our facilities and operations team.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities.
2. Capital Project Management
- Develop and define scopes of work.
- Manage project budgets to ensure financial discipline.
- Create and execute detailed work packages for seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet project objectives.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Proven project management skills, including scope definition, budgeting, and stakeholder/vendor coordination.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Strong ability to create and interpret process diagrams.
- Self-starter with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working in a plant or process environment.
- Hands-on and theoretical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
