We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Big Sky Senior Living on Waterford Way. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
The Dietary Aide will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving food items according to established schedules and protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assisting in inventory control, monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Dining Services.
- Monitoring resident behavior and reporting any concerns to the Director of Dining Services.
- Supporting the Director of Dining Services and other team members in ensuring seamless food service operations.
Requirements
- Possess a valid ServSafe certification and maintain current licensure at all times.
- Meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods.
