Big Sky Treatment is looking for a Clinical Director to join our team!
We are a trauma informed facility that provides outpatient treatment for substance abuse disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and other mood concerns. We provide individual, group and experiential therapy for adults and adolescents.

The Clinical Program Director is a critical representative of the company, a conduit of organizational information and culture that maintains professionalism in behavior, communication, and role-modeling. The role is responsible for collaborating across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, quality, and compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Must be knowledgeable of current addiction trends, science and innovation. Utilizing stigma-free language, solution focused, motivational interviewing perspectives.
- Oversight of day-to-day clinical operations including clinical service delivery systems.
- Staff management and development.
- Ensure quality of care.
- Reflect a science-forward, innovative, stigma free philosophy.
- Act as a communication liaison to coordinate services and systems across departments, resolve issues, and make recommendations, maintaining communication both up and down the hierarchy.
- Oversight of documentation and UR management resulting in appropriate length of stay.
- Oversees case conceptualization.
- Treatment planning, interventions and discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Participate in activities designed to increase staff and client retention and satisfaction.
Education and Other Employment Requirements:
- Must currently hold a LCSW, LPC, LAC or LMFT in the state of Montana
- 2 years of clinical director outpatient addiction treatment experience, preferred.
- 3 years of clinical and staff management experience.
- 2 years of experience as a clinical supervisor.
- Must be familiar with current applicable research and ASAM dimensions.
- Valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Pre Employment drug screen.
Annual Salary Starting up to: $100,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
