Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Builder, you will be responsible for assembling structures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
We also are looking for someone that has a CDL and would prefer someone who can deliver at times and also work on the build team.
Duties
- Assemble and construct building components using hand tools and power tools.
- Fabricate the truss design on the table.
- Operate forklifts for materials handling and transportation within the worksite.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the building process.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Experience in carpentry preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely for materials handling tasks but can train you if needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
