We are one of the largest short-term vacation rental property management companies in Big Sky, MT. Our primary business is focused on property management and marketing services for homeowners and investors, and hospitality services for guests. The business is poised for growth and expansion in Big Sky. This business is privately held and operates with a family-first philosophy.
What you'll do:
The Reservation Sales Agent's primary responsibilities are to collaborate with our Reservation Sales Manager to maximize rates and occupancy based on current, ongoing company performance data thereby increasing revenue for the company overall; To actively assist guests in selecting and booking the perfect vacation rental properties.
As the Reservation Sales Agent you will:

Greet, interact, and direct guests, and homeowners to the best accommodation for their request;
- Answer incoming calls, emails, inquiries via our channels, etc. ;
- Communicate with guests by phone, SMS, and/or email, while treating each person with friendliness, respect, and professionalism.
- Able to build strong relationships with guests while pursuing the sale;
- Assist guests with their reservation concerns and accurately state and know all company policies as they relate to reservations;
- Become knowledgeable on ski access for all properties, specifics, and uniqueness of each property;
- Assist guests with their inquiries or concerns before, during, or after stays;
- Provide suggestions or local recommendations the guests would reach about in relation to their vacation;
- Communicate with clients and guests on all levels as requested; Guest service, check-ins, concierge work, problem-solving, etc.

Requirements:
Remote in the US
Authorized to work in the US
Willing to Travel to Big Sky, MT at least once a year for familiarization trips
Fluency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Knowledge of Big Sky and the hospitality industry a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16 - 18/hour Commission potential
