What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at Big Spring Country Club?

- Must be able to enhance our members experience by assisting designated server.
- Must greet the member(s), by name if possible and Introduce yourself
- Must offer water and or bottled water, then pour water table side.
- Must offer bread service.
- Maintain table throughout dining experience.
- Must clear and reset tables according to pre-determined service standard.
- Must bus and pre-bus throughout any dining space
- Maintains dining space and bar cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain level of plate ware, glass ware, silverware and/or any items needed for guest service in any dining space necessary.
- Must have a full understanding of and follow our steps of service for scheduled area.
- Must have a full understanding and follow our critical service standards.
- Alerts management immediately of any issues or complaints from members. In many cases, professionally resolves member issues and relates actions to management.
- Keeps areas clean and well stocked during shift.
- Consistently follows local and state laws in regard to alcohol consumption.
- Completes special projects as assigned by management.
- Attends scheduled department meetings and pre-shift meetings.
- Helps other departments as needed.
- Consistently follows sanitation and health department regulations at all times.
- Appearance and hygiene must meet printed club standards.
- Must be adaptable to work occasionally at the Harmony Landing Campus as needed for special events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
