Big St. Charles Motorsports is looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-energy team. If you have a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, or performance vehicles and thrive in a fast-paced service environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Write detailed repair orders and relay customer concerns to technicians
- Provide accurate service estimates and timeframes
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with the parts and service teams to ensure efficient repair flow
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on open tickets
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in service advising or customer service (motorsports or automotive preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge or strong interest in powersports
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits:
- $44,200 base pay with commission scale based on performance
