Settings:
This position will treat in a mix of settings including Outpatient, Assisted Living, and Home Health care.
Schedule:
This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE), with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.

Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. The facility offers a therapeutic pool onsite, with attached Wellness Center serving 400 community members.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
