Schedule:
This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings:
This position will treat primarily in an outpatient setting, but also includes SNF/LTC, hospital inpatient, home health, and ALF/IFL.

Requirements
