Clerk - Office Administrator

Assist Plant Manager and Human Resources with data compiling and report outs. This position will be based inside our manufacturing facility and will need to spend 2-4 hours on the production floor and will need to be well versed in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and be able to learn other computer applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter daily production including updating all applicable spreadsheets, entering data into our ERP, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Distributes plant reports including but not limited to daily, weekly, and year-to-date operations report.
• Provides suggestions to improve process, procedures, and department in support of company goal.
• Data entry skills and accuracy utilizing Windows based systems required.
• Answer Phones at front desk for plant needs.
• Respond to and answer all requests at front window.
• Assist in attendance tracking in spreadsheets.
• Assist in hiring process to include but not limited to resume reviews, and interviews.
• Help with first aide and safety concerns at the plant level.
• Be an integral part of the orientation of new employees in HR, Safety, and Production
• Be able to reconcile expense reports and credit card purchases at the plant level.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Incumbent will follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties from time to time if requested by management.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED.
• 1-5 years of experience in clerical/administration support required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point required.
