Description

The caulking role is responsible for ensuring all seams of the product are sealed before it enters the next process. May use tools or various equipment to assist in the preparation of raw materials to finished goods.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Complete production tasks
• Operate machinery/tools correctly and maintain it with care
• Report any machinery/tool issues to Leadership
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Attend all safety and production training
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime as needed, including extended hours and weekends
• Other duties, as necessary

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds consistently required
• Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
• Willingness to learn and dependable work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time
