Job Description: 

As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, providing training and support, and ensuring efficient operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. 

• Training and Development: Provide effective training and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 

• Equipment Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in using necessary equipment and assist team members in its proper use. 

• Work Allocation: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to optimize workflow. 

• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work and ensure adherence to standards. 

• Production Monitoring: Monitor project and production progress to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. 

• Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and plant leadership to ensure smooth operations and address concerns. 

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems to maintain productivity and efficiency. 

• Physical Demands: Lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
