Job Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of marine/general construction experience
Comprehensive knowledge of building practices, safety regulations, and job-site requirements
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches with ease
Proficient in the use of tools, machinery, and equipment
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks, manage crews, and lead by example
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and industry software
Welding and diving certifications are preferred but not required

Craft and assemble sturdy frames, temporary housings, and supporting structures for concrete
Conduct carpentry work, repairs, and refurbishments with precision and attention to detail
Operate heavy machinery, power tools, and equipment
Communicate effectively with the construction team, clients, and the owners
Salary : $35 - $45
