Overview:  As a Rental Assistant, you will be responsible for three equally important functions:

Receiving and Maintenance: This position is actively involved in day-to-day receiving and stocking of merchandise, as well as the overall organization and cleanliness of the rental area.

Propane:  Responsible for properly filling propane tanks. Those selected must display an aptitude toward proper safety techniques and the ability to follow specific instructions.

Customer Service: Loading customer vehicles, sweeping, collecting carts and emptying trash are core functions of this position.

This position reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager - Rental.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Able to follow specific instructions and work direction.
• Able to communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers.
• Self-Starter, who can work independently if needed.
• Skill in establishing priorities and managing both workload and time wisely.
• Willingness to learn and perform duties beyond the scope of this job description,
• Perform various duties as assigned by the Manager.

Physical Activities:

• Ability to work on feet (for long periods of time) outside, and in various elements.
• Able to frequently push or pull moderately heavy objects (minimum lifting requirement is 50 lbs.).

Work Environment:

• Hot, dry, wet, and cold.
• Potential exposure to slippery surfaces and allergy irritants.

Salary : $16 - $18
