Role Description Summary:
The Arcade Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and repair of the arcade and simulation games to reduce or eliminate downtime in our arcade and attraction locations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read and understand basic electronic schematics and wiring diagrams
- Install, setup & removal of new and replaced arcade games
- Reduces or eliminates downtime of arcade games
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs hardware and software
- Transports and assembles machines and other equipment as needed
- Proficient in reading and understanding manuals, diagrams and reports to keep machines in working order
- Proficient in using multi-meters, electrical equipment, hand tools, and soldering irons
- Identifies and documents the most common problems among equipment
- Performs inspections as well as regular and preventative maintenance
- Records and reports attraction performance daily and weekly
- Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA requirements
- Ensures the safety and security of company property, tools, keys and assets
- Manages inventory, parts, and supplies
- Ensures safety, service and cleanliness
- Team Member may be required to perform other duties

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months experience arcade, computer or IT repair and maintenance
- Advanced computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
- Diagnose and repair broken arcade games and computer systems
- Possesses a highly organized nature with an intense attention to detail
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Acts as a strategic problem solver who possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to act tactically
- Ability to stand, sit bend, crouch, reach for extended periods of time
- Ability to work on a ladder
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
