What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Lead (2025 season) position at BIG TOP EVENTS LLC?
Breese Stevens Field is searching for Hospitality Leads to oversee different areas of our stadium during the 2024 event season.
- Hospitality Supervisor oversees different hospitality locations around the stadium.
- Works with Culinary staff and other Food & Beverage employees to make sure that hospitality areas are set, filled, clean, and ready prior to use, warmers are on and hot, food par levels are maintained, buffet is clean and organized, utensils and condiments are filled and needs of customers are met or exceeded.
- Duties including but not limited to supervising buffet attendant staff when applicable
- Assisting with buffet set-up and tear down prior to and after the event
- Coordinating with non-buffet staff to maintain food and beverage par levels, maintaining area cleanliness, and providing a positive experience for all members of the group.
- Attend scheduled (dates TBD) Employee Orientation and Trainings
- Abide by all terms of the PT employee handbook.
- Abide by all COVID-19 safety protocols and reporting requirements, as determined by the employer and municipal/governmental mandates in effect during the season. We reserve the right when necessary to schedule based on vaccination status.
- This role will also have non-gameday responsibilities in accordance with needs determined by Management.
