The Finishing Operator is responsible for meeting production standards while ensuring employee safety and well-being. This role requires strong teamwork skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
Essential Duties
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the Finishing & Hardware Supervisor to achieve production goals.
- Train new personnel on safety procedures, production standards, and quality control protocols.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One year of work history or military service with an honorable discharge is preferred.
Working Conditions
- The temperature range in the work environment is between 15°F and 110°F.
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, subject to change at management's discretion.
