Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and high performing organizational skills.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls and emails to provide assistance to customers regarding their orders
- Respond to customer inquiries via emails to the best of their ability
- Utilize QuickBooks to view/print invoices, receive payments, and update contact information
- Create project cards in Trello that thoroughly explain customers' orders to the production team
- Communicate with the production team about time sensitive orders to help the team stay on schedule
- Take note of the weekly production schedule to affirm that all materials and supplies are in stock for the production team
- Contact customers when their orders are finished and ready for pickup
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and proper grammar is essential

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
