Job Details:
We are seeking a PermitCoordinator to manage the permitting process for solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in permitting and compliance, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for solar energy projects.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of permitting requirements and processes.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to obtain required documentation.
- Address any permitting issues and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of solar energy permitting requirements and local building codes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in permit tracking and management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and external agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
