Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with outside sales teams to support customer needs and project execution.
- Schedule solar projects with customers, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are managed.
- Work directly with customers to collect and complete missing documents necessary for project progression.
- Coordinate with various finance platforms to ensure project funding and financial compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and project status within CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving project-related concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and finance platforms used in solar project funding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve proactively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
