Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and innovative thinking to drive revenue growth across both television and digital offerings. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including our CEO, General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Production Director, to deliver total marketing solutions to clients.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that spans across multiple media platforms, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of special projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales 101: Execute our daily sales gameplan calling on new clients and building report to close deals that drive revenue through an integrated suite of media platforms—digital, print, mobile, television, radio and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Production Director to deliver progress reports and innovative sales solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Complete weekly business activity reports, sales forecasts, and maintain accurate client records.
- Market Insights: Stay current with new marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to expand brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Professional Development: Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing sales training to continually improve skills and stay on top of best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Marketing sales experience, with a proven track record of driving new revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or related experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, generating sales.
- Personal Attributes:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and competitive spirit with a passion for marketing and sales.
- Ability to stay focused on the job and develop new clients so commissions can be paid to you as you grow sales for Big Wheel Digital Media.
