The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Night Crew Chief with overnight supervision of all functions in the grocery areas, achieving sales/operational results through ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision making, employee engagement, employee development, and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company.
The role also involves compliance to all laws, company policies and procedures including labor and safety regulations, asset protection and food safety.
