Job Overview:
The Order Processor will work closely with our warehouse and shipping team to manage orders, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and processed. This role includes key responsibilities in accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and inventory reconciliation. As part of a fast-growing company, you will contribute to maintaining streamlined operations that support the scalability and efficiency of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Reconciliation:
- Track inventory movements and ensure proper documentation and reporting of materials and goods.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with financial records to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure inventory is properly accounted for in financial statements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory levels and transactions.
- Help prepare periodic inventory reports and assist with year-end inventory audits.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems or prior experience in inventory reconciliation is a plus.
