Sr. HR Business Partner

BigBear.ai is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner-OD/CM/Projects to lead HRBP team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, strong communicator with a customer service mindset. This is a visible and rewarding position with the opportunity to contribute to company success through providing quality service to our federal employee base. The position will be a remote role with the ability to go into our Headquarters in McLean, VA on a limited, as-needed basis only. This 20 hours per week position reports to the Sr. HRBP Manager.

• Assist in conducting pulse surveys and analyze data regularly to understand morale, retention, engagement, and related trends for assigned organization
• Determine solutions for HR-related challenges in collaboration with people managers and senior leaders.

• Bachelor's level degree with 12 years of relevant experience; or Master's level degree with 14 years relevant experience
• HR manager experience
• Strong compensation analysis skills
• Experience in performance management programs
• Proven success in talent development, succession and workforce planning
• Proven experience supporting a client base of CONUS and OCONUS employees
• Proven success working in a public company
• Relevant work experience at a federal government contractor supporting DoD and Intelligence agency work
• Proven ability to be results driven and a trusted advisor to leaders, peers and employees with a coaching/consultative approach
• Ability to work through complex issues to identify viable solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to solve a variety of complex, highly sensitive employee issues
• Proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using data insights and analytics to comprehend trends and develop solutions that lead to a measurable impact on an organization
• Recruiting experience
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility
• SHRM or HRCI certification(s)
