What does a Bigfoot Loader do?
Bigfoot Beverages has immediate openings for individuals with warehouse experience or those looking to build their skills in pursuit of new opportunities!
As a Night Loader, you'll embark on an adrenaline-fueled adventure every night. Utilizing our advanced picking system while navigating the distinct sections of our warehouse, you’ll pilot a range of equipment and engineer complex loads based for our customers. It’s your work that sets our team up for success!
Speed and skill are great, but it’s also about safety! You'll maintain the stability of each load by employing proper stacking techniques and keeping a sharp eye on every pallet and cart that finds its way into our trucks.

What "doing it right" looks like for our loaders:

1. Build product loads for delivery, transport, vending, fountain, and beer trucks. Utilize pick system to maneuver electronic pallet jack through the warehouse and retrieve appropriate product.
2. Maintain stability of loaded pallets and carts through proper stacking techniques and shrink-wrapping at the completion of each load.
3. Stage product pallet, cart or load in truck based upon route schedule and stops.
4. Ensure product remains in satisfactory condition according to company standards through careful placement, transportation, and attention to detail.
5. Unload trucks and organize returned products, shells, pallets, and CO2 tanks.
7. Adhere to all requirements for warehouse equipment use, cleanliness and safety, follow all company safety policies.
8. Observe company safety guidelines and practices in every phase of work. Report all hazardous conditions, safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your manager.
9. Regular and reliable attendance.
10. This is a safety-sensitive position. The employee has the responsibility to always be cognizant of their own safety and the safety of others, must have the ability to perform job functions in a safe manner, and operate company equipment and/or vehicles with good judgment and awareness of surroundings at all times.
What are we looking for in a loader?
What we need from you:
1. High School Diploma or GED Required.
It'd be great if you had some:
1. Warehouse, inventory, or stocking experience.
2. Forklift experience.
Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a warehouse setting, with occasional outdoor exposure during your shift. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, electric and non-electric pallet jack, forklift, six-wheel, and box cutters.
What's my shift:
This is a full-time position with 40 plus hours weekly. The schedule is Monday - Friday starting at 1 pm and continuing until the loads are complete; including mandatory overtime as necessary. Shifts will not be complete until all required work and tasks are finished.
