Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the car and construction industries.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, as well as industry trends, to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Negotiation and Closing: Guide clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including forecasts and market feedback, to management.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive and construction industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
- $800 per week for a 3-week training period.
- Commission-based pay after training, including:
- 15% commission on standard sales
- 25% commission on premium sales
