Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading a three-member sales team, ensuring effective training, goal achievement, and continuous improvement in sales performance. This position includes managing two full–time sales representatives while training a rotating third salesperson each month. The sales Manager will collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement sales strategies, training programs, track key performance metrics, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Sales Team Leadership & Development.
- Supervise and support a rotating three-member sales team.
- Provide hands-on training for a new salesperson each month.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on sales techniques, closing strategies, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual sales targets.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop sales goals, training programs, and incentive structures.
- Provide feedback and insights on team performance to refine sales strategies.
- Implement training sessions, sales strategies, and goals developed in collaboration with the CEO.
2 Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement door-to-door sales strategies to increase lead generations and closing rates.
- Organize and oversee door-knocking schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Lead by example by participation in door-knocking efforts when needed.
- Ensure all sales team members follow company policies and procedures.
3 Sales Performance & Metrics
- Monitor and track individual and team sales performance, including closing percentages and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identity trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and adjust sales bonuses based on performance metrics.
- Maintain and report accurate sales figures to the CEO.
4 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management.
- Develop strategies for acquiring new clients and increasing market penetration.
- Ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales.
- Assist sales representatives with high-value deals and negotiations.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
5 Sales Training & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance team skills and effectiveness developed in collaboration with the CEO.
- Provide ongoing education on product knowledge, sales tactics, and objection handling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and competition strategies to keep the team competitive.
- Checking on jobs in collaboration with the production department to ensure that production work reflects sales promises and scopes of work.
6 Incentive & Compensation Management
- Design and manage sales bonus structures to motivate performance.
- Track and calculate sales commissions and incentives.
- Adjust bonus structures based on company objectives and sales performances.
Sales Projections Based on only 750K in sales each team member.
Sales Manager Bonus: 1 % of team members of job sales that exceed 40% backend O&P.
Sales Manager Base Pay:
$1,154.00 per week: $60,008.00.00 Per Year
2% front end of sale(Yearly Goal of . Equals: $15,000.00
40.00 or greater Equals additional 1 %. $7,500.00
45.00 or greater Equals additional 1 % $7,500.00
50.00 or greater Equals additional 1 % $7,500.00
1% of additional sales team (2 Sales Staff) with backend over 40 % equals approximately: $15,000.00
$6,000.00 in Yearly individual/Team Bonus Opportunities:

Maximum Projected Pay: $118,560.00 (Pay can exceed this if factoring additional sales trainee’s or sales goals being exceeded)
