What to Expect
Phase 1: Evaluation & Preparation (Months 1-3)
- Lead by Example: Embody our mission, vision, and values in every client and team interaction.
- Top Sales Performance: Consistently rank in the top 10% by mastering our proven 10-step sales process.
- Team Player: Build trust with peers and contribute positively to the team’s success.
- Growth & Development: Complete leadership-focused assignments to develop your management skills.
Phase 2: Leadership Transition (Months 4-6)
- Month 4: Shadow our ownership team and assist with leadership tasks, gaining hands-on experience.
- Month 5: Take on co-management responsibilities, helping oversee the team with guidance from leadership.
- Month 6: Step into an independent leadership role, with support to ensure a smooth transition.
