Compensation :

Position Description :
We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Beaverton, Oregon facility. The technician will perform maintenance functions for all manufacturing operations as part of a team but also be able to work independently. As an industrial maintenance technician, you are responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of all machinery, equipment, and building systems. This includes preventative maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of the production machinery, as well as building and grounds.
Role Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operational availabilityConduct preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment and systems to prevent breakdownsAssist with installing new equipment and systems, including wiring, piping, and other components, as neededMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts and suppliesCollaborate with other members of the maintenance team, as well as production supervisors and operators, to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systemsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to maintenance and repair activitiesProvide training and guidance to other employees on proper maintenance and repair proceduresUnderstand that responding to emergency maintenance requests and working flexible hours as needed to ensure timely repair and maintenance of equipment and systems may be requestedMaintains equipment parts and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; notifying engineering or management of needsMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsBasic Qualifications and Experience :
Relevant experience in manufacturing maintenanceProven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability - The ability to look at an entire process and determine the source of the problem / issueAbility to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and understand pneumatic diagramsGood Leadership and team participationAnalytical skills for problem-solving as well as a quick and efficient ability to make decisionsAbility to work under pressureStrong organizational skills, with the ability to follow safety proceduresPosition requires lifting and / or carrying minimum 40 Lbs, standing for much of the shift, using a wide range of motion to include working in awkward physical positionsIf this Industrial Maintenance Technician position sounds like a good fit for you, then please apply!
