BigFoot Staffing is seeking a Salesforce Administrator on behalf of our client, a leader in the fire suppression industry. This organization is investing in its technology and processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. They are looking for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented professional to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce-certified administrator with experience in Flow automation who is eager to become a subject matter expert in Field Service Lightning (FSL) . The ideal candidate will also have a passion for exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance team performance.

Position Overview :

As a Salesforce Administrator , you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce environment to support business operations. You will play a crucial role in designing automated workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring the successful implementation of Field Service Lightning . Additionally, you will assist with general office technology troubleshooting, making you an essential resource for the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Develop and manage Salesforce Flow automation to improve business processes.
• Become the in-house Field Service Lightning (FSL) expert, overseeing implementation and optimization.
• Support system integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal users.
• Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and AI-driven features, recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Assist with general office technology troubleshooting as needed.
