Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately while providing friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
- Assist customers with their orders, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences.
- Uphold food safety standards during food preparation and handling.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
