Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Take orders and process cash/credit card payments
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Keep the line area, display area/cases, and lobby clean
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Skills (preferred not required)
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
