Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and outgoing PM Manager to join our team! In this role, you will welcome customers into the coffee shop, train new baristas and ensure the store is running smoothly. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their drinks and time at our shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
Managing inventory by ordering supplies, such as coffee beans and cups, to ensure that stores have enough merchandise to meet customer demand
Training new employees in company policies and procedures and helping them adjust to their new positions
Scheduling staff members’ work shifts and making sure they are covered at all times
Managing cash positions throughout the store
Preparing food and beverage orders for customers
Addressing customer concerns and ensuring guests are as happy as possible
Qualifications : 1-2 years of coffee / food related experience Familiarity with food safety guidelines Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods
