Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Manager to join our team! In this role, you will build relationships with our customers and the community, hire and train new baristas, and ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently. Your goal is to run a clean and maintained store while empowering your staff to follow proper store procedures. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Managing inventory by ordering supplies to ensure that the store has enough merchandise to meet customer demand
- Training new employees in company policies and procedures
- Scheduling staff members’ work shifts and making sure they are covered at all times
- Managing cash positions throughout the store
- Preparing food and beverage orders for customers
- Addressing customer concerns and ensuring guests are as happy as possible
- Providing free drink drops to local businesses weekly
- Keeping a cleaned and maintained store by following our daily lists and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of coffee/food related experience
- 1-2 years management experience
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
