Job Summary

We’re looking for a Kitchen Admin & Team Support Specialist to help coordinate day-to-day tasks, keep the paperwork from piling up, and support our awesome kitchen crew.

What You’ll Do:
- Keep kitchen operations organized with daily logs
- Maintain recipe documentation and assist with production targets (no need to know the secret sauce—yet).
- Support food and beverage ordering with leadership and vendors.
- Help streamline communication between kitchen and market leadership.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule follow-ups, and help onboard new team members.
- Assist with staffing needs and scheduling—making sure the right people are in the right places at the right times.
- Ensure kitchen checklists and safety logs are up to date and followed (because no one likes a surprise from the health inspector).
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork for operations and HR.
- Collaborate with the team on special events, food demos, and menu implementation .
What You’ll Need:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you notice when the decimal point is one place off—because that's a lot of flour).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word / excel and the Google equivalents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure (think "controlled chaos," but with charm).
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and compliance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus but not required—learning on the job is part of the fun!
