My team and I are looking for a highly experienced Multi-Family property owner who has experience in ground-up projects.
We have a 400-unit build where the land has already been identified and funding is in place.
We are searching for someone with extensive experience in this field to be a partner and help oversee the project, preferably in San Diego.
Small or mid-sized multi-family experience will not be sufficient.
Additionally, we are willing to offer compensation to anyone who refers such a person to us, provided they are hired onto our team.
