Implementing systems, check sheets, food orders, inventory, and other ways of accountability are exciting to you. You see these systems as providing structure rather than hindering productivity. Ensuring your team understands why they are doing something is imperative to the way you lead others and communicate with those on your team. Responsibilities :
- You understand you are in the people business not the food business
- Taking care of each employee under your per view
- Ensuring your team feels comfortable and empowered under your leadership
- Able to lead by example and with a servant-like leadership style
- Keep systems running through the provided tools
- Have a teamwork mindset
- Leadership experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Manager Food Safety Certification is required
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
